Outreach Support

We offer care and support not only to people with disabilities or illnesses but also to their families, who spend much of their time as carers, sacrificing hobbies and free time, often feeling overwhelmed and under pressure. We know that taking a break is vital so we offer independence, rest and a chance to reset and strengthen relationships by taking over care duties.

We take responsibility for personal care, medication and getting out and about from a few hours a week to full days or longer, so you can do the shopping, see friends or even take a trip away. Everyone needs a break occasionally and our skilled and compassionate teams are delighted to offer much-needed downtime.
